Mai Tai
(Litton version)
In tall glass:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/4 shot almond syrup
- juice of a lime
- fill glass rest of way w/
pineapple juice and ice cubes
- add a splash of grenadine
(and a paper umbrella) and you are there!

Vic recipe)
In tumbler:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz orange curacao
- 1/2 oz amaretto
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- hand-squeezed juice of a lime
(use 1/2 lime if you use a press to juice the lime)
- pour into ice-filled
glass and garnish with slice of lime
